Billing Assistant

St. Clair Pediatrics, LLC is looking for a full time Billing Assistant that is able to handle billing and administrative duties. We have two offices conveniently located in Swansea and Columbia, Illinois. The Billing Assistant we are looking for must possess knowledge about billing software, insurance panels, how to follow up on denials, non-payments, and any other aspect of billing and A/R to ensure that our practice runs a smooth cashflow. Other duties may include front desk coverage, responding to patient inquiries, and being a team player in the growth of the company!

Dr. Gregory Garrison founded St. Clair Pediatrics, LLC in 1999. Our practice is well respected in the Metro East area. We currently have on staff 1 Pediatrician and 3 Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Our dynamic clinical team consists of Registered Nurses and Medical Assistants. Our patient population consists primarily of wonderful, hard-working families with private insurance.
