Lu Castillo
Office Manager
Lu has been the office manager at St. Clair Pediatrics
since 2002. She previously worked for St. Anthony’s Medical
Group in Shiloh, Florida as a receptionist and billing
representative. After relocating to Illinois, she managed
the BJC Health Center in Fairview Heights. She has |

a total of twelve years
experience working in the medical field, specializing in
insurance billing, medical coding, and customer service. She
lives in O’Fallon with her husband, daughter, and three
sons. In addition to cheering on her sons’ sports
teams and watching her daughter’s dance and cheer
activities, she enjoys traveling and is an avid Chicago Cubs
fan.
